In doing so, the engineers have drawn on the knowledge gained from the Factor Slick, which is continuously improved in the wind tunnel. The One is a masterpiece of design and engineering, with the typical Factor characteristics.
It is an excellent racing bike that has helped riders to several victories in the World Tour. It also achieved stage wins in the Tour de France. The One has race-designed aerodynamics that let you outrun the peloton. The commercially available version has the same features as the World Tour model. It's an extremely powerful bike that will get you to the finish line at top speed. The deep Airfoil seat tube takes advantage of the good aerodynamics, especially with wide tires. It thereby mitigates the air turbulence that occurs when pedaling.
The One Total Integration System, or OTIS for short, represents a very unique design approach to the front end. In addition to the fork, it includes the head tube and the barstem, which provide internal cable routing. Even the cable pulley of the front brake is hidden to generate as little drag as possible. Through OTIS, the handlebar height can be adjusted by up to 35 mm, for you to achieve the perfect seating position. This allows you to pedal more efficiently and get more performance out of yourself and the road bike. The CeramicSpeed ball bearings protect the inner workings from the weather and stand for smooth operations.

There are several components available for the One road bike from Factor.
The basic model starts in the middle price range. You can choose how the bike is equipped and how much you want to spend. You have the products of several manufacturers in different price categories to choose from. This allows you to customize your bike.
For this Factor relies on well-known market giants such as Shimano, SRAM or Black Inc. For the majority of the remaining components Factor relies on its own research work. In addition to the individual equipment you can also buy the bike as a complete package. It is available in Aqua Blue and comes without pedals. The frame size starts at 46 and ends at size 61.
Derailleurs & Brakes
Derailleur Groups: The choice of shift groups falls on the usual suspects. There you will find, among others, the Shimano Ultegra Di2 and Dura Ace Di2 shifters. Furthermore the SRAM Red eTap AXS and Force eTap AXS are used. The Di2 and eTap AXS control the drivetrain electronically and ensure smooth shifting. The bottom bracket is made of the CeramicSpeed quality. It stands for minimal friction and protects the road bike from dirt and rain.
Brakes: The flat mount disc brakes ensure that you come to a halt unerringly even at the highest speed. Through the precise braking behavior you will save several milliseconds because the braking point can be selected later. Rim brakes are almost only found on older models since the braking performance of disc brakes is better by far. Thus, it is to cope with the fact that you have to dig a little deeper into your pocket. If you prefer to spend less money and an easy change, then you are better off with rim brakes.
Cockpit
Saddle: When it comes to the saddle, Selle Italia products make a good impression. The Italians can come up with more than 120 years of experience. Their products you will find at many other premium manufacturers as well as in the professional sector.
Seatpost: The One RGi Carbon Seatpost is available with zero and 25 mm setback. The Di2 batteries can be easily accommodated and you can put on a carbon or metal saddle.
Handlebar & Stem: The aerodynamic OTIS Evo handlebar-stem unit comes with an integrated computer mount. The FSA IS series is used for the headset.
Wheels & Tires
Wheels: Black Inc Wheels are used for the wheel set. For this you have several models to choose from.
Tires: The Goodyear Eagle F1 is an excellent choice for the tires. It stands for maximum performance and also shows its strengths in the corners. Despite its low weight it is very reliable and easy to change if necessary.
Additional equipment
For long distances you can immediately add another bottle cage including bottle to your shopping cart. To achieve better training results you can use a computer to evaluate your rides in detail. Based on these results you can adjust your training and take the next step in your learning curve.
If you like to carry your wallet or some snacks with you a small belt bag is advisable. A handy multitool always fits in there too, to fix minor mishaps yourself.
